How to book an apartment and benefit from additional services

First step: AVAILABILITY AND CONFIRMATION

You can use the search engine available at the beginning of the first page.
Check the availability of the desired apartment in our calendar by selecting your arrival date, departure date and number of guests.
Please note that there is no minimum reservation period
Select the apartment that suits your needs best.
You will get a quote and you will be directed to the online booking page.

Second step: RESERVATION INFORMATION

Please fill in the reservation with the personal data required for processing:
E-mail:
Name and surname :
Phone Number (with Country Prefix):
Home address (street, city, postcode, country)
You can personalize your reservation – please let us know if you have any special requests.
Continue filling in the booking form with the following information:
The time you arrive at the accommodation
Number of guests:
After receiving your data from VIV Apartments, confirmation of the reservation will be made in less than 24h.

Third Step: PAYMENT

When booking an apartment, you will be required to pay the rental fee.
We offer several payment options from which you can choose what suits you.
You can choose to make a payment by credit / debit card via PayPAl or Bank transfer.
Once the payment has been accepted, the reservation is confirmed. Within the next 24h, you will receive an email with the details of the apartment and the accommodation rules.
Payment can also be made by bank transfer. We will provide you with your bank account details.
Payment for accommodation – this can be done in cash but in this case confirmation of the reservation will not be made immediately, but within 24 hours of the request, by email.
IMPORTANT!
Your reservation will be deemed to have been confirmed when the amount of the paid amount has been received in the bank account of SC SAN AP SERVICES SRL, and you have received a confirmation mail.
For payments made by bank transfer, SC SAN AP SERVICES SRL is not responsible for any fees charged by the bank.
If you choose as a method of payment – payment for accommodation cash / credit card, the reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the e-mail from www.vivapartments.ro
Please note that prepayments are not refundable or transferable.
