PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, modified and completed, SC SAN AP SERVICES SRL has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the clients .
The data collection is aimed strictly at informing the Client about VIV Apartments booking, service billing, personalized offers, post-stay evaluation messages, holiday greetings or birthdays, news from the blog, invitations to events.
By completing the data in the account creation form, the client expressly and unconditionally accepts that the personal information provided is included in the SC SAN AP SERVICES SRL database where it will be stored, used and processed for the purpose set out above.
According to Regulation no. 679/2016, the data subject is guaranteed the rights provided by the law, namely the right to information and access to personal data, the right to rectify and delete the data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to oppose, the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automatic processing – including the creation of profiles, the right to address to justice in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by Law no. 129/2018 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Personal information of the Client may be provided to authorized state bodies within the legal limits, such as the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts or other such bodies, but only on the basis of an express request.

SC SAN AP SERVICES SRL assures the clients to fulfill the obligations imposed by the Regulation by:

  • updating your personal data
  • Keeping / destroying personal data safely
  • collecting / storing a limited number of personal data – those absolutely necessary for processing
  • protect personal data from their loss and unauthorized access
  • Take precautions to protect your data
