Regardless of the reason for your visit, we are delighted that you have chosen us and want to make sure that we do our best to provide you with a memorable stay.
Our offer consists of hotel accommodation services in new and fully equipped apartments, located in Floresti at an approximate distance of 5-8 km from the center of Cluj.
During our stay, our guests are kindly requested to observe a regulation of internal order and conduct that underlies the operation of our accommodation unit in civilized conditions and according to the legal norms.
In this regard, to have a carefree and comfortable stay, please give us a few minutes to get acquainted with the following:
- The apartments for rent in the hotel are individual apartments, located at different addresses. It is therefore necessary to have the correct and accurate address of the reserved apartment, information that you will find in the confirmation email of your accommodation.
- The apartments are located in new blocks, private property, so the use of shared spaces such as elevator and staircase will be done in a civilized way.
- During your stay you will have neighbors, so please respect the hours of peace, rules of conduct and public order.
- Please keep in mind that any kind of disturbance of peace, neighbors’ complaints or third-party police notification will be penalized by immediate eviction of the apartment, whether the incident occurs during the night or the day.
- Both the client signing the check-in formalities and his attendants are required to behave in a decent and responsible manner. If one of the clients does not have a decent behavior, VIV Apartments reserves the right to evict people without having the right to claim any reimbursement.
- Please do not leave unattended children during your stay. We do not assume responsibility for any accidents resulting from unsuitability of minors.
- The consumption or marketing of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances in VIV Apartments is strictly forbidden.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, except for balconies.
- Please do not use towels to clean shoes, suitcases, to remove make-up, creams or to remove dyed hair. For bodily use only.
- Please keep the apartment in good condition and not damage the accommodation facilities. Otherwise, any incident / damage will be communicated to the owner and the customer will bear the equivalent of the damaged property.
- Party organization at VIV Apartments is strictly forbidden.
- When leaving the building, please make sure you turn off the light, turn off the water and the air conditioners.
- We do not take responsibility for the valuables you choose to keep in the apartment without declaring them at check-in.
By accepting your reservation at VIV Apartments, you are implicitly in agreement with the rules and will assume their compliance.
We appreciate your goodwill and hopefully understand these rules, as our apartments are located in blocks of flats whose privacy and privacy should be respected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
VIV Apartments are presented on site according to reality: pictures, information, contact details. All the descriptions and information about our apartments respect their characteristics. The apartment that you book is the apartment you receive. Only in exceptional cases VIV Apartments will offer you another similar or better apartment at the same price. You can check the availability of a telephone apartment, by email or by completing the online booking form.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Reservation requests are considered confirmed only after receipt of the confirmation email from VIV Apartments. A reservation must contain: the name of the client, the contact telephone number, the period of stay, the chosen apartment, the check-in time and your personal data processing agreement.
CHECK IN SI CHECK OUT:
Check-in takes place daily, between 14 – 22:00 .
Check-out is until 11 o’clock .
In exceptional cases, other time intervals are accepted, but only after prior confirmation from our team.
ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURE
Guests are kindly requested to contact the VIV Apartments representative at one of the no. phone +4 0744.134.969 or +4 0725.587.300 , at least 30 minutes before arrival at the location where you will be expected to hand the keys. The guest will present an ID, fill in the Accommodation Sheet and pay in cash the full amount of the accommodation if it has not already been paid by the transfer.

MODIFICATION OF ACCOMMODATION PERIOD
In the event of any change in your accommodation period, please inform us in advance.
Extending the period of accommodation at VIV APARTMENTS is possible only if it does not overlap with other reservations. If the extension of the period of accommodation leads to the granting of discounts, the total price of the accommodation will be recalculated with the reductions applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
VIV Apartments can cancel the reservation at least 48 hours before the accommodation, without incurring any fees or penalties. In the case of prepaid payments, the amounts in question will be returned to the customer by bank transfer, which will bear the bank commissions related to the transaction.
If VIV Apartments are unable to provide the client with the reserved property, they reserve the right to replace it with another accommodation unit with similar features upon prior notice by the customer.
If no agreement is reached on changing the accommodation unit, both parties may cancel the reservation, in which case the full amount of the accommodation will be refunded to the customer.
ANIMALS:
VIV Apartments do not accept pets in accommodation. By way of exception, personalized offers can be requested by phone or at vivapartments@yahoo.com .
